Working for Compassionate Companion Care as an independent contractor provides you with the ability to set your own schedule as you are not required to commit to a certain number of hours. This provides flexibility for our companions so that they can work other jobs or pursue other interests.

All companions hired start out at $22/hour, with room for continuous growth. Conducting compassionate care as well as a manner of professionalism will warrant raises.

Paychecks contain untaxed income which provides our companions with the opportunity for tax write offs.

While working for Compassionate Companion Care, our companions receive on the job respite care training. 

As well as an opportunity to acquire the necessary knowledge to succeed as a 1099 independent contractor.
